Brazilian certification for new single-family and multi-family constructions, focusing on efficiency, comfort, and well-being.

Certification based on sustainable management, assessing environmental quality in three phases: pre-project, project, and execution, with audits at each stage.

Promotes health and well-being in built environments, influencing nutrition, comfort, sleep, and performance. It has classifications such as Performance Rated, Health-Safety Rated, and Equity Rated.

FITWEL
Promotes health and well-being in buildings, increasing occupant productivity and satisfaction. It has 63 metrics in 7 categories and must be renewed every 3 years.

Certification for housing projects financed by CAIXA, promoting sustainable practices and quality in social housing.
